The information and images - including the colours of products - concerning equipment, exterior appearance, performance, dimensions and weights, prices, fuel consumption, operating costs, etc. relating to products on the Site are subject to continuous updating and can describe accessories and optional equipment that are not part of standard equipment. These data should therefore be considered only approximate and subject to errors and inaccuracies.
Stellantis may at any time, at its sole discretion, make structural or formal changes to the vehicles described on the Site, or to the vehicle colour shades or standard equipment.
The prices listed on the Site are not binding since they are merely recommended by Stellantis to its distribution network.

VI. a signature, real or electronic, of the person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the infringed right(s).

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Without prejudice to any other rights that users benefit from by virtue of other national or international laws, these site conditions of use are subject to Italian law and will be construed in accordance with that law (except for the rules on legal conflicts), including any dispute over the existence, validity and enforceability of these site conditions of use and any other agreement that refers to them.
Within the above limits, the competent court to settle any dispute arising over these site conditions of use and any other agreement that refers to them will be the court of Turin.
