Worry-free driving: your family is as safe as it can be. With the Panda, you'll have perfect control in emergency manoeuvres or on slippery surfaces thanks to electronic stability control (ESC) system, which includes ABS, EDB, BAS and Hill Holder.
The Panda Cross 4x4's “Torque on demand” drive system uses two differentials and an electronically controlled coupling, which sends torque to both axles uniformly and proportionately. So there's no hill the Panda Cross 4x4 can't climb, thanks to its approach angle of 24° and Electronic Locking Differential (ELD)

The Panda Cross 4x4 is suitable for all types of terrain: in low-grip conditions, the ASR system prevents the front wheels from slipping during acceleration and deceleration, while the ELD system sends torque to the wheels that have most traction.
Safe around town
The Panda Cross 4x4 knows how to behave off-road and around town: that's why you can specify City Brake Control, which detects the risk of collision with an obstacle or other vehicle and comes to the rescue with an automated emergency stop.

Drive Mode Selector gives you maximum safety at all times with its 3 modes:
AUTO: automatically distributes the right amount of torque to each axle, depending on grip conditions;
OFF-ROAD: distributes torque to all four wheels, according to which ones have most traction;
GRAVITY CONTROL: optimises control on steep or rough descents.
Gravity Control offers full control on steep descents, even on broken terrain, by braking automatically and controlling vehicle speed.
